Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2021, 10th – 16th. The theme this year is nature!
Nature has powerful benefits for our mental health. It has a unique ability to not only bring consolation in times of stress but also increase our creativity, empathy and a sense of wonder. It turns out that it is not just being in nature but how we open ourselves up and interact with nature that counts. Even small contacts with nature can reduce feelings of social isolation and effectively protect our mental health and prevent distress.
The team at Boden have been enjoying walks, bike rides and sending in their picture of nature all week and here are a few highlights from the week!
