How regularly should equipment be maintained?
There is a legal duty placed on the responsible person in the kitchen to ensure the safety of all staff; and in particular, that gas fired equipment operates efficiently. Every item of gas equipment should be checked by a competent qualified person, at least once annually, for equipment in regular use it is recommend twice per year to prevent breakdown.
Can I Specify the Catering Equipment I Want to Have Installed?
We have established partnerships with leading manufacturers of commercial catering equipment including Rational, Hobart and Falcon Foodservice. We are also able to source equipment from other manufacturers at competitive prices through our partnership with Uropa distribution. If you prefer a particular brand, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a quote.
What Other Catering Services Do Boden Provide?
