Boden Facilities Management passes ISO 9001: 2015 recertification audit

In the space of 2 weeks not only has Boden Facilities Management undergone a successful annual Supply chain audit, we have successfully passed our ISO 9001: 2015 recertification audit.
This is an achievement in itself, but we are especially smiling considering we passed both intrusive audits with 0 non conformities.

This has really enabled us at Boden Group to not only engage with the workforce but to install LEAN methodology to improve accuracy and efficiency”.
ISO 9001 measures performance against key criteria and encompasses elements including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
