Boden Group Install New Classroom Block for Compton Dundon School

This Year, Compton Dundon School like many others faced the challenge of having to maintain the excellent educational standards delivered to their pupils whilst also complying with social distancing guidelines introduced by the government to help combat the spread of Covid-19. One of the obvious requirements was the need for increased learning space to ensure staff and pupils could work effectively and more importantly safely. 

After initial consultation and specialist advice from Boden with regard to regulation compliance, an effective solution was agreed and works begun in the summer of 2020 to ensure completion before the commencement of the autumn school term.

Four single storey cabins were erected which included main services provision and the installation of internal lighting and power as well as installing Emergency lighting and a Fire Detection systems.
